entertainment venues. The firm approaches each acquisition as a unique
venture, and maintains complete flexibility in terms of structuring
the transaction to meet the needs of the seller as well as its preferences
as the purchaser. Boulevard Ventures preference is to purchase the
real estate as well as the business, but will also consider business purchases without the real estate in certain circumstances. Multiple unit operations as well as stand alone venues are under consideration. |
