Ventures primary focus is to purchase and operate family entertainment
venues. The firm is actively involved in the search and identification
of suitable facilities. Acquisition scenarios are flexible,
with the key driver being the creation of win-win situations
for both buyer and seller.

Ventures welcome inquiries from interested facility ownership
groups.

Ventures is pleased to provide its professional
services to municipalities and other facility owners. We offer
a range of services as described below:

Ventures will enter into a contractual relationship to manage
and operate entertainment facilities. Under this arrangement
Boulevard Ventures will assume the complete operation of the
facility, including marketing and sales, hiring, training and
development of the local workforce, operational management,
risk management and complete financial reporting.
Boulevard
Ventures principals are uniquely qualified to execute this
type of arrangement through their nearly 30 year's senior
level involvement in all aspects of the rollerskating industry.
The principals will provide direct and continuous oversight
of the facility.
Each
contract entered into will be customized to address the needs
and desires of the contracting party. Examples of arrangements
would include revenue sharing, profit sharing or fee based,
among others.
