Michael
Feiger has been an executive in the rollerskating industry
for 20 years.
During that time he has been critically involved in
all phases of the business including design and development
of multi-use entertainment centers, construction and renovation
of large venues, and Management and direction of numerous
skating centers. Mr. Feiger managed the renovation and ultimate
operation of the nation's first municipal partnership rollerskating
center in Newark, New Jersey and was critically involved
in
the design and development of the nation's largest municipal
partnership facility in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Mr. Feiger
owned the historic Empire Rollerdrome in Brooklyn. Mr. Feiger
has also operated skating centers in Seaford and Rochester,
New York; in Edison, New Jersey and in Philadelphia.

Slaven, Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer

Slaven has spent the past 17 years serving in all capacities
in the rollerskating industry. He has directly supervised
municipally
owned facilities in Baltimore, Newark and Camden as well as
privately owned skating centers in Philadelphia, Harrisburgh
and Chicago. Mr. Slaven has directed large scale renovation
projects
and
has opened numerous facilities. |

Mission
|
The
mission of Boulevard Ventures is simply to do well by doing
good. The community oriented principals of this firm have
made their mark in the communities they operate in by providing
a first rate entertainment experience; by providing community
organizations with a primary fundraising vehicle; by providing
employment and development opportunities for local residents;
and most important, by providing a safe haven for all residents
of their areas of operation for fun, exercise and fellowship.
Mr. Feiger and Mr. Slaven are nationally recognized experts
in the operation of municipal partnership facilities. Between
them they have 15 years experience in the operation of these
unique facilities. They are well prepared to meet the challenges
of operating community based entertainment venues to the mutual
profit of all stakeholders, including the city or county partner,
the staff of the centers and the community residents who will
enjoy the use of the facilities.
